2.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and must not transfer or lend their account to others. The App operator is not liable for any information leaks or account theft due to the user's actions.
3.1 The App respects and protects user privacy. All data generated within the App, including personal information, analysis results, and health records, will be kept confidential. The operator will not disclose this information to any third party without the user’s consent or unless required by law.
3.2 To improve service quality, the App may collect anonymous data for analysis. This data will not be used to identify or track individuals.
4.1 The App will store users’ daily health and nutrition data and perform statistical analysis to provide users with comprehensive health reports.
4.2 Users have the right to view, delete, and manage all personal data stored within the App. Once deleted, the App will no longer retain these records.

6.3 All in-app purchases are made through the payment methods provided within the App. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed upon by the operator under special circumstances.
7.1 The App's analysis of food components, health data statistics, and advice are for reference only, and the accuracy of the data is not guaranteed. Users should use this information based on their circumstances.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the App operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8.1 The App operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Users will be notified of any changes within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
